Forums, My Forums, click Manage for the forum which you want to add a new mod, scroll down until you see Forum Invite New Moderator, find the desired person's UserID on their page and enter it, then PM them the code it gives you.
You need to register to make an account, then wait for two or three days for your account to be verified and usable. Then you write up your story (MS Word, wordpad) and then use Document Manager to upload your story. NOTE: if you plan chapters, do not post up your whole story; make a separate document for an individual chapter and upload that. After you have your chapter/story, you will go to the Stories section and go to New Story. You will have to renew your agreement to the guidelines, and then you can select your category (for Naruto, go to Anime and scroll down to find it) and fill in the details for your story.
To add paragraphs in a chapter you've already written pick the edit story in document manager option. After you've written the parts you want to add or edit 'save' it then click the 'html' button by the magnifying glass and then click update. To add a new chapter then upload your document with 'document manager' after that is uploaded go to 'my stories'. Afterwards select 'content/chapters' and label and upload your new chapter with the box that appears at bottom of page.
