aim the potty as high as possible then fire rocket in small blasts, with a 2sec wait between each one. you should at least get to the moon. ignore any supermen or ultramen that pop out occasionally. when out of fuel, aim potty down so you go full speed down. DO NOT activate inflator, as the potty will blow up, if you do, you should get tons of cash anyway. each time, you can also go up 2 lvls, so that is brilliant.
