As far as i know, enter MHRAC as the log in code, interview everyone, and talk to the police officer. I have not made it further so i can't help you from there. But Eventually you will need to hack into a computer and use the code AZLMP for that. Again I haven't made it further

Interview the people then log out then talk to PC webster fill in sheet then pick criminal then push bell again log on enter NTXYR then go to create or delete viruses THEN enter AZLMP then VNYRW then catch vinnie at park 3 times
