How do you become a premoderater on clubpenguin?

I think you mean live moderater and you must log on and click on the big yellow m badge and say become a secret agent. Then you ake the testmake sure you dont say mean things or it will not let you in. Then when you become one log off and log back on THen you will have a phone ethier in your inventory or by your map. THen clickon the phone and click visit HQ. Then you will be escorted to the secret HQ. [in the sport shop first changing room] Then if you are a member then you can click the F.I.S.H. and tyrn the pages until you reach spy clothes and you can buy them. and when you want to you can play around with your phone and find out new things. then your job is to help sad and angry penguins. and you can sort out problems with mean penguins and report them. but do not abuse your power. and one more thing you can go back to the HQ and click missons. Then you can play missons for fun. hope you can get in to the secret agent oh and warning: NEVER TELL YOU ARE A SECRET AGENT! and read the F.I.S.H. book tooo there is good info in there. hope it helped!
