all you need to do is go to the ski village. then, click on the telephone. After that, it will allow you to take an epf test. take the test, and if you do good, you will become an epf agent!

Actually, I don't think you need a device to become a epf. You just take the quiz at the top right (or left idk it's been a while but it's shaped like a badge) and you can become an epf if you take it right.
