Naming your city

Building the bakery

Building a city hall (at which point you get nominated)

Building a burger joint

Building a silo

Starting a franchise and building a HQ

Getting a population of 250

Building an aboretum

Getting a population of 500 (at which point the election is announced)

Building a school

Getting a population of 1000 (at which point you win!)
