To check the second Facebook Inbox, also known as the "Other" folder, open the Messenger app or website and click on your profile picture in the top left corner. Select "People" and then "Message Requests" to see messages from users who aren’t your friends. If you want to view the "Other" messages, click on "See All in Messenger" at the bottom and then look for the "Spam" or "Filtered" option in the left sidebar.
