You get an answer by putting your question in the top where it says ask and then hit enter.

If the question has been asked before and answered it should show you the answer that was posted. If it is similar to previous questions it will show you some alternatives and ask if they are the same as what you were asking - and show you the answer if you agree that you have just rephrased a previous question.

If it is a new question then you have to wait until someone who knows the answer - or can research and find the answer - sees it and answers it. Sometimes that takes a little patience. Every question answered on here was answered by a real flesh and blood person.
