You cannot create your own personal WikiAnswers page for your account. However, your Bio Page is the only page on WikiAnswers that is pretty much yours to decorate to your liking (appropriately that is). Other than your Bio Page, no page on WikiAnswers is yours, and you cannot create another bio page, either.
To add another page in Microsoft Word, you can simply press "Ctrl + Enter" on your keyboard, which inserts a page break. Alternatively, you can go to the "Insert" tab in the ribbon and click on "Blank Page." This will create a new page at the current cursor location.
You cannot create a web page if no access to the internet

Pages can have redirects in them, so that as soon as a page loads, it automatically moves onto another one. That can be done with a Meta tag in html. You can also do things like use Javascript triggered from a mouseover to move to another page. So as soon as the user puts the mouse over a link or another object, they can be sent to another page without a click being required.
