Haxe figured this out all by hisself
I don't know how to delete it but, i do know how to stop it until you restart your computer.
you CAN disable net nanny.
You can either press the Window Key on your keyboard (button right between CTRL and ALT)or you can press start (the bottom right button on the screen) then go to Run.
in the text box type CMD
when your command prompt opens up type net stop NNsvc and there you go you are home free
(Note: You may have to do this twice)
A faster way is you go to notepad type this exactly the way it appears
start
net stop nnsvc
start.cmd
Now save it as "name of program".bat preferably save it on your desktop
Now open up the batch file and there you go. (Please Recommend Me)

First you can go to your date and time preferences and change the date and time to something 30-50 years in the future. This temporarily disables the content watch services, granted it takes a minute or two to kick in. The next thing you can do is Go into your library, Go to launch agents, launch daemons and startupitems. Then in another window, open up activity monitor. Find anything that says Net Nanny in it and hit force quit. (Granted you need to be an admin for this to work.) Then quickly drag The net nanny start up, daemon, and launch agent into the trash and hit empty. Afterward go to logs and delete the net nanny log. This will make it untraceable in case they put it back on. Now when they try to open net nanny a message will come up saying it quit unexpectedly so for a short time you're home free
