Yes.
the music files are hidden in a folder in the ipod... you need to enable "Show hidden files and folders" in folder options, if xp look in the top of the folder for folder options if 7 or vista look in control panel... than you can see hidden folders in the ipod which contain your music, the problem is that it has a weird name, such as g2sdl23okiads or something like that, you need to copy it to your computer, add to itunes and i tunes will straighten things up, and than puttin it in the ipod should be easy :D
This ipod manage software can transfer the files from ipod to computer, ipod to iTunes, and iPod to iPod:Super easy way to get your hands on your ipod songs: open my computer, file e: (when ipod is plugged in), go up to TOOLS, Folder options, View, and click on show hidden items (apple hides and scrambles your song list.) in e: click on ipod_control, music, and you should see "F#" these are the scrambled song titles. transfer to your desktop, and do whatever you want with your songs! great for transferring songs from one ipod to another! don't forget to turn hidden back off, don't wanna delete something you need! An alternative way is to use an iPod-to-iPod transfer program to help you. I recommend iPod 2 iPod. It enables you to transfer music/video from one iPod to another in a direct way.

you have to have the app to find your ipod or iphone otherwise you cant find it.
its a feature that allow you to find your ipod as long as is connected to internet.
The songs are on the IPOD in a hidden folder. Itunes gives them all random numbers and letters for names. Set your file manager/windows explorer/whatever to "SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS." Start looking through the folders on your Ipod, you'll find them. When you're done, make sure you select the option to "Safely remove" the removable device. Likely, the changes you've made don't get written to the removable flash drive until you "eject" the device.
