How do you finish first field op on club penguin?

If you click select on the accept mission option from G then got to the night club window your phone should start ringing answer it then complete the puzzle and press accept then you get your medal which you can spend on something small or save up for something big

If you are referring to the aqua grabber field op then go to the hidden lake( for those who don't know you can get their by going to the mine, going through the tunnel next to puffle rescue, and going through the tunnel at the other side of the room). The go to the aqua-grabber in the lower-left corner. when the screen appears with a bunch of red dots and wires put your mouse over a red dot. notice the sign that appears on the dot.click the dot. now you can either follow the wires or match the sign to another dot. when you find the right dot click it and if you found the right on the two dots you clicked should explode. continue until all the dots are gone and congratulations!
