How do you get a Shturmovik in Mafia Wars?

you get the shturmovik as the 9th item. the items to earn are......
ppsh submachine gun: 22 attack 8 defense[weapon]
.45 acp pistol: 18 attack 12 defense[weapon]
izh 35m: 25 attack 15 defense[weapon]
vsk 94 sniper rifle: 28 attack 12 defense[weapon]
grach: 20 attack 10 defense[weapon]
dragunov: 36 attack 14 defense[weapon]
impression: 15 attack 35 defense[vehicle]
ushanka: 10 attack 20 defense[armor]
then the final item, obviously is...
shturmovik: 45 attack 28 defense[armor] http://mwfb.static.zynga.com/mwfb/graphics/item_shturmovik
in my opinion, i would really try to get these while you can. spectacular items.
apparently, there is some bug in the system, though, so you might have some trouble getting the impression, or the dragunov. those items are the ones people are finding impossible to get.

As of October 2009, you are able to obtain the Shturmovik by going to Russia, Episode 4 Chapter 2 (vory) Rob a Troop Convoy. It has the same stats from the preview although the picture is different.
