How do you get a backyard from Millsberry?

In order to get a backyard click on the 'downtown' button at the top of the Millsberry site when you are logged in. It will take you to the map of downtown Millsberry. In the bottom right corner there should be "Peterson's Construction & Hardware Emporium" (it has a red roof with light yellow walls and is right next door to the bookshop), click on it to go inside. Once inside click on the "add a room" button which is hanging from the ceiling of the store. You will then be taken to a blueprint of your house. You will notice that the outer squares of your property are strictly for yards/gardens, whereas the inner squares can be any type of room. Choose which square you want to be your yard and click on it. It will ask you what type of room you want and you will put "Grass Yard." You will then have a chance to give your room a cool name (for example, "Abode of Adventure"). Each square will cost you 2500 Millsbucks. first buy a garden for 2.500 millsbucks and then go to your door and at the bottom you'll see open yardsale, press it and there you go a yardsale.
