How do you get a boat on club penguin?

You have to go to the lighthouse, dock, and iceburg. They are on they shores of these places, floating around. You have to summon the green puffle and once he's there, tap on the boat and he'll bring it to you. Then give them back to the penguin. Hope I helped! :)

You can not get a boat to use in Club Penguin. There are boat furniture items. The only boat currently available is a speed boat. You can get that when you purchase a 3 month membership card.
