Well click forget password then type in your e-mail.Go to your e-mail then you'll get your password then go to your account then click my account from the bottom of your stardoll then click forgot password then change it.
I dont think there is a way. But if you love stardoll make a new email on yahoo or gmail and make a new stardoll.
