there a few different ways depending on your laptop ect..
1. If you have Bluetooth on your laptop, send file via. bluetooth
2. Install the LG PC Suite onto your computer/laptop and hook your phone up by the USB cord or....
BUT.. if the LG PC Suite doesnt work (like mine!!) then i suggest/recommend
3. Buy a memory card and put ALL files onto it, so when you plug your phone (USB cord) into the computer, you can automatically send things straight to your memory card, not your phone
