Razors don't have SD card slots, so you will need to purchase software that does this - lot's availale online, but it is not free.

Please follow these steps (I designed the product so should be able to help!). (i) place the external memory card in a microSD card reader available from any Sprint store or computer store, (ii) use your PC's File Explorer to copy and paste your music files into the "Music" folder ON THE STORAGE CARD, (iii) insert the card into your device a play. Note that the Moto Razr only plays files of type aac, aac+, mp3 and m4a. No WMA's or iTunes' "fairplay" nonsense. If u get stuck, contact me.
To transfer pictures from your mobile to a PC: For Android: You can use MobiKin Assistant for Android. Simply connect your Android device to your PC, open the program, select "Photos" from the left menu, and then export the pictures to your PC. For iPhone: Use MobiKin Assistant for iOS. Connect your iPhone, launch the tool, go to "Photos" under the left sidebar, and choose "Export" to transfer your photos to the PC.
