Unfortunately, you cannot get Pins out of the Yearooks on Club Penguin, however it does show the previous Pins which have been released. The first one was the Shamrock, found inside the Coffee Shop. A Pin is released once a fortnight, and it never makes a second appearance. Make sure you collect them - one day they will be rare!
