Its easy, if your a member you might wanna go to the lighthouse and buy some instruments. Then you can either have your band play the the stage, light house or your igloo. If you do it in your igloo, decorate it with lights, a stage and some speakers. Go to the town and announce you need band members to meet with you at wherever. Soon you will have a great band!
Non-members, do the same but instead of instruments you can dance at the lighthouse or stage and sing!
