There is no way to make a video right on the site, but if you mean a video about WikiAnswers or a video of doing something on Answers.com... several people on YouTube have just pointed video cameras at the screen, but probably the nicest-looking way is to use video capture software that captures everything you are doing on the screen, and allows you to do a voice over.
