I am unable to answer this question. Google does not appear to have a program specifically named Google Word. They do have Google Adwords, or Google Docs however.

In Google Docs, just next to the CREATE button is an icon that is an Upload button (also red), click that and set "Convert documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and drawings to the corresponding Google Docs format" then choose your Word .doc file and upload it. The document will be converted into a GoogleDoc.After finishing your document, copy and paste the whole of it into your google document.
