Once on the Wattpad homepage, there are two options.
1. Click on 'upload' on the toolbar. This will bring you to your story/stories. You will then see a little button that says '+new chapter'. Click on that.
2. Hover your mouse over your picture at the top of the homescreen. Click on the link that says 'My works'. This will bring you to the same screen as before and click on the button that says '+new chapter' again.
