Someone who is looking for an awesome beach scene for their computer wallpaper can Google "beach scenes" and save a picture from Google images. They can also think of a specific beach they think has nice scenery and Google a picture of it to use as a wallpaper.
You have to get the picture scanned and saved on your computer as a digital file, for example as a ".jpg" or a ".bmp" file. Then open it in "Microsoft Paint". In 'Paint', under the 'File' tab, you'll see the choice "Save as Wallpaper".
If you save a picture from the internet into your pictures folder or desktop, then you can right click the icon of the picture that you want and select 'set as wallpaper'.

yes it can. all you have to do is take the picture. then go to my stuff, then pictures, select the picture you want to the view screen so you can see it. go to the options menu then click set as homescreen and there it is! hope this helps
If you have a reasonably good phone, you might be able to set a video as your screen saver. There won't be sound with ot though.
