If you mean your falsetto then what you need to do is:

step 1. Deep proper breath (by proper I mean don't move you're shoulders and expand your diaphram)

2. open your mouth and glottis (best way to practice this is to yawn)

3. let the air pass through your vocal cords in an upward direction. (this will cause them to vibrate faster thus making a high pitch or tone of sound.

4. If you can try matching the pitch you make to the key of a piano. It will take time so don't be discouraged. I have been singing for almost two years now and I still struggle. Biggest thing is patience and determination, hope this helped.
