How do you meet all the club penguin mascots?

You can use the tracker to see which server the person you want to find and you go to that server and you go in but that server might be full because everyone wants to see them. Then you usually can't get into that room when the famous person is in there .Keep trying and you might get in! If its a person with a stamp, then you could earn a stamp if you are in the same room. Rockhopper will only be there when his ship is there!

well one of the most famous penguins is knoot. Ya, you can meet knoot on flurry, she is usually on that server, but when its full she goes to brumby. knoot will be everyones friend, (if they arnt mean) so just add them and they are bound to accept it. i think there is a knoot tracker, im not sure

you go to the town and say in capitals

"I WANT TO MEET THE Club Penguin MASCOTS"

and then you'll see people in a line and whoever has a mask is the club penguin mascot.
