How do you open the present on Club Penguin?

You have to go onto his sleigh and play the game. You start the game by pressing the Fly button on his sleigh. Once you've delivered all 15 presents you wait a few seconds and you'll see a Santa Suit. Cick it. Once you have the suit you can either continue the game once it resets or you can press the land button, which is next to the timer which is between the Land and Fly button. Hope this helps!
