just switch the headset on then put the phone on .
go to application or tools on your phone and switch the bluetooth on.
now select search for divce while you press the middle of the +and- switch on the headset for few seconds,your phone will find it .
now press connect on your phone if asked for pin enter either 0000 or 1234 it will pair definitly
