Pay your bill!!
You didn't specify if this is a prepaid phone, I also cannot understand your question correctly. If it is on a bill then it will be charged on your bill.
No, typically prepaid phones are not free. You have to pay for them.
Yes I do buy prepaid cells cards. I have be using a prepaid phone since they first came out in 1997. I love no monthly bill, pay as you go a little expensive but easy to monitor.
If you don't want a phone bill with strings attached to it or if you little or no credit I would recommend going with the prepaid option. Prices are a lot less when going with a prepaid phone as well as having the flexibility to pay when you are able to. Hope this helps!
I said I would prepay for the dinner
A prepaid cell phone is a phone that you pay for the minutes ahead of time, before you use them. You pay for a certain amount of time each time you pay. Whereas a regular phone you pay on a monthly basis and have a contract for about 2 years depending on the company.

If you use a T-moblie prepaid phone and put your sim card from your old phone in the prepaid phone. Because I did it with at&t and it works with no hick-ups.. cheap replacement that's for sure.
You would be on a prepaid plan, so you don't have no monthly bill, you can just pay when you want to use it. You can also upgrade your mobile phone even though you're not on a mobile plan.
from my experience with this, it usually means they didnt pay their bill, especially if its a prepaid account
