A weld symbol is a representation of a cross section of a given weld. A welding symbol is a composite containing a weld symbol, reference line, and arrow. Additional information can be included in supplementary symbols, and dimensions.
It can be done.

Yes, a weld can be undone through a process called welding removal or weld cutting. This typically involves using tools such as grinders, torches, or saws to cut through the welded joint. However, this process can damage the surrounding material and may require additional repairs afterward. It's important to approach weld removal carefully to maintain the integrity of the components involved.
When a purge switch is pressed on welding equipment, it typically activates a gas flow, such as argon or another shielding gas, to clear the welding torch and eliminate any contaminants from the welding area. This process ensures that the weld is made with a clean and uncontaminated environment, which is crucial for achieving high-quality welds. Additionally, purging helps to prevent oxidation and other defects in the weld bead.
JB Weld is not recommended for use on rubber surfaces, as it does not adhere well to flexible materials. While it may bond initially, the movement and flexibility of rubber can cause the bond to break over time. For rubber repairs, it's better to use adhesives specifically designed for rubber or flexible materials.
Depends on what you are welding, but generaly welds can meet, or even weld on top of a weld.
Spot weld. Spray paint. Feed parts to assembly line.
