Well, if you delete your account and wanna re-open it you can! All you have to do is click on "sign up", type in the user name you had along with a password, and you re-made the account. (NOTE: Your account will be back, but you will lose all your data, like friends, subscriptions, videos etc., ALSO if your account was "suspended", you can't re-open it unless YouTube finds out you got "suspended" for no reason they will bring your account with all your data back!)
