You must be either:

The registered owner of the contract signed with any land line or cell phone service provider can request a detailed report about any phone/phone number listed on the contract even if that phone/phone number is in use by another person over the age of 18 years. (The registered owner of a contract with any land line phone or cell phone carrier is the technical owner of any phone/phone number listed on that contract. Whether that person paid/pays for the equipment and number or not.) Or:

2. The Opposing Counsel or Presiding Judge who has requested the information from that particular phone/phone number in a potential criminal court case where something sent to or from the phone could cause you to be incarcerated, if proven.
