Turn the phone around so you can see the back of it.
The battery has a small tab on the top/centre of it.
Press the tab & the back of the battery case will come off to expose the battery.
Press on the the exact same location on the battery as you did on the battery case back plate.
Use your fingernail to pull the top of the battery out.
Insert the new battery in the reverse order.
