By posting on their message board which you can do by clicking on the 'Reply' button located on the top right corner of the message.

If you want to leave a message for another user, you have to go to that person's message board. You can't send mail from your own board, except for using the "reply" function, which will take you to the other person's board.
When you click "My message board," you'll see all your messages. To the right on the message you'll see "reply," click that and it well take you straight to that persons message board. Or, you can click on their name and you'll get their bio page. Once there you'll see a picture of an envelope with "Message user" next to it. Click on either one and you'll get their message board. Or you can go to the very bottom of their bio page, and you'll see as plain as day where to click for their message board. I hope this helped you out.

Just to find it, they would have to see your name and click on it, or hit "reply" on their own message board [provided you left them a message]. The message board is mostly for people to leave you a message. But you can use it to write yourself a reminder, or a note, or saying you'll be gone for a while, in case someone does visit, things like that.
