You would need the original torrent file to reseed a torrent. Old torrent files may still be kept by your torrent client. There is no way to find the torrent file from the directory contents though. (note: most torrent sites only accept magnet links these days)

So if you already have the data simply load the torrent into your client and specify the appropriate path.
