Erasing all the custom codes related to the layout will set it back to its default. Do this in the edit frofile section. Then click on the myspace profile editior on the same page and click clear all. Your page should now be set to default.

To reset your profile avatar, navigate to the settings or profile section of the platform you're using. Go to edit profile, click miscellaneous. There should be a default view setting, just click "full view"
Default Myspace layout is how your page will look when accessing it. The profile can be customised from adding background photos to adding/removing modules to managing marquee. It is html based and there are many web sites with codes that you can copy and paste from.

You can go to settings to create your default profile. There in People option, you can create your profile.
You cannot delete it, it's a default on myspace.
