You need to do a master reset or if it is the Simcard lock keep guessing until you get to the enter puk screen and call T-Mobile and they will tell you the code

To reset the phone lock on the Samsung GT S3370, the whole phone must be reset. Calling the Samsung customer service representative to do a complete reset would also solve the problem.
