Contarary to popular mis conception you are not sealing the tile as much as you are sealing the Grout.

The finish on the tile is a Glass glaze & really needs no sealer...

Go to the Home Depot or Lowes & tell them you are looking for a good Tile grout sealer & then just read the instructions or visit their website for the video.. It ain't rocket science, any one can do it..

PLEASE make sure you start with clean & Dry Grout though, otherwise you are just sealing in the mold, mildew & stains..
