Well, Bob Ross is dead, but everything he said in his shows still comes on TV for all the world to see, so in a way, he can still preach.....But I don't think I would define the kinds of things he said as "preaching". he lived in the hippie movement, after all. Look up his website if you want to find out where his shows are being broadcasted. Your local educational channel probably has his show.
