This one was confusing for me also. It has a push in crown. Not a winding crown ( or a crown that will turn). What I did is, get a paper clip or something small that you can push the button crown in with. Hold it in gently until the minute hand starts moving. It will be slow at first. It eventually speeds up. This takes approximately 5-10 seconds. Set it on your desired time then stop pushing.
Note, when changing the battery, make sure you do not loose that push in crown. It is not screwed into anything. It seems to be held in place once the back case is snapped back in place. It’s sneaky so use extra caution when opening this case up.

In order to reset the time on the Timex Ironman Watch, locate the mode button and press it until the time and date show.
