Unblocking private or restricted calls is honestly really easy nowadays. There's a new service called TrapCall that will let you unblock private calls from most phones. The free version that they offer will let you unmask blocked numbers without any restrictions.

YOU CANT!! I figured that out today.. Even though Im getting harassing phone calls, because the number is restricted. I would have to change my phone number. Why do I have to do all this when someone is harassing me!? Im pissed off.. and no cell phone service has the ability to just block restricted calls. so pretty much my only option is to change my cell phone number. There should be no privacy act for phone numbers..!! lets just hope this creep doesnt come try to do something to me.

Customize your phone system.Create a preset list of contacts. Numbers not included in your list will be blocked or directed to your voicemail. This will help you limit incoming calls.

There is no way to undo restricted calls on your own. You must call your phone call and request that they do this service for you.
