Only mobile, unless the site itself has an option to switch to normal. (like google.com) Other than that, it's not the iPhone's fault for not being able to view normal site. It is purely the browser and/or website. (Many options are available for iphone tho, such as Opera Mini or firefox. You can download these off the app store and many sites won't recognize them as mobile browsers.)
