Oh that's easy if you got the movies from lime wire don't bother there is no possible way to transfer them but if you hav got them from just say you tube or something like that then I can help you when you get on to iTunes with your iPod/iPhone plugged in it comes up with your name of your iPod/iPhone click on it then on the top is apps, songs , movies and ect ect click on movies then it should say something like are you sure you want to transfer the movies to your iPod/iPhone it will erase your privious movies , songs and replace them with the ones on iTunes click ok then it should say downloading may take a few min.
