If they both have bluetooth you can "bluetooth" each song to the other phone. But, if one or both of them doesn't have bluetooth you can connect the first one to a computer and copy all the songs to the computer that you want on the other one then connect the 2nd one and move all the songs(that are now on your computer) to your phone!
