How do you unfreeze a LG-Q400?

Usually, on any current cell phone, you can shut off the power of the phone, and then and take the back off, and then take the battery out, and then blow on the battery. That usually takes off all of the dust from the battery. After blowing on the battery, place it back in the phone, put the back on the phone, and then turn the phone back on. That usually works.....it works on my chocolate touch so good luck!

You take out your battery and put it back in after about 30 seconds :)

Try holding down the power button until it shuts off , it works on my Motorola electrify, hope it helps :)

Pop the battery out for 1-2 mins. Then put it back in. That SHOULD solve the problem

Try taking it to your phone service provider's office (e.g. Verizon) and ask them to do it for you.
