How do you upload a picture on tinier me?

You don't really "upload", you use HTML.

i prefer this:

<img src=IMAGE URL HERE>

any image is accepted as long as the URL is a direct link to the photo or picture

this can only be on profiles

Well, you have to have the picture posted on Photobucket, tinypic, or any other website with an HTML code. Somewhere on the page with the picture, It should have an HTML code bar. Copy, and paste that code into your tinierme and it should be there.
