you have to be logged in. if you're logged in, somewhere near the top right there will be a button that says "upload". click it. after that, put in all the data (name, description, genre, ect.), then there will be a button on the bottom of the page to click. after that, you click browse. then you look for the video. once you find it, click on it then click open. then just click the "upload video" button and wait for a few minutes. after it's done uploading, you'll have to wait awhile for it to process.
