First you check on your spy phone to see if there is any new field ops. Then you go to the command room to the field ops computer screen. Read the field ops mission and accept it. There will either be a hint to where you have to go or will give you the place where you have to go. Go to that particular room and find the exact spot where the field ops is (this may be given in the field op hint too). Also keep in mind, that it might be where there is an unusual crowd of people just standing and saying nothing, or people screaming "field ops here". HOWEVER, right now, this cannot be done. Because of Herbert destroying the field ops giving machine, we cannot get field ops. This will continue until that machine is repaired.
