In a simple way, if ur note is more than 400 words just write your note in your status box and press enter. A dialog bo wil show up asking u whethr to save as note. just click ok and u get ur note with some editing if u need it.
The normal one is just check in your right hand side of ur account under ur profile pic u'l c notes, click there and type ur note...:)
