How does one log out of twitter?

I always have to wonder why people ask this question. My gut feeling is that they didn't get what they were looking at as Twitter is such a powerful tool for building friendships or creating business deals of many sorts. None the less... here is your answer. If I wanted to delete my @BodyByChocolate profile I would take the following steps. # Logon to my @BodyByChocolate profile. # Select "Settings" at the top of the page. # Scroll to the bottom of the page. # You will see the words "Delete My Account" That should get you heading in the right direction. I don't want to take you further, because I don't want to make an error with my own Twitter account. At the current time Twitter is the best social network bar none, and I'm here to stay for quite some time just as I believe everyone should be.

HAH! So youre a terminator huh? You just cant terminate twitter accounts, well, except if you want to terminate your account, if you have one. ANND, i dont know how to terminate a twitter account XD So, You cant terminate any account forever. bahahaha!

Deactivating your Twitter account has to be done on on the web and not by your phone. Log in to Twitter, click on the person-icon, and click on 'settings'. From there, click on 'deactivate my account' at the bottom of the account settings page. Then, select 'okay, fine, deactivate my account'. The last step is to just enter your password. Your Twitter account will be deleted, as wished.

You go into Account Settings (top righthand corner of the page when you are logged in) and deactivate your account. It takes approximately 24hrs to fully cancel/delete your account.
